Assistant Project Manager

A top-tier, full-service general contractor is looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager in Atlanta, GA as part of their long-term investment in developing their next generation of Project Managers.

This is not a back-office role. You will be working and learning with experienced leaders on complex, high-profile projects, gaining exposure across all phases of construction while building the foundation to step into a Project Manager role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward

• Assisting with scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and coordination across teams

• Contributing to jobsite performance, ensuring safety, quality, and execution standards are met

• 4+ years of construction experience, ideally with exposure to structural or commercial work

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Someone who wants to grow into a Project Manager and take on more responsibility over time
