Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Support subcontractor procurement, bidding, and contract administration
- Track project budgets, costs, and change orders
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Work closely with field teams to monitor progress and ensure quality
- Help maintain project timelines and resolve issues proactively
- Support client and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle
Profile
For the Assistant Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor
- Exposure to multifamily, mixed-use, or residential construction projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow within a tight-knit team
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
