Assistant Project ManagerAs an Assistant Project Manager, you will:Support Project Managers with all phases of project executionAssist with project planning, scheduling, and budgetingManage and track RFIs, submittals, and change ordersCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendorsReview construction drawings, specifications, and contractsMonitor project costs and assist with financial reportingHelp maintain project schedules and milestone trackingAttend project meetings and provide progress updatesAssist with procurement and material trackingEnsure project documentation is accurate and up to dateSupport project closeout activities and turnover documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
