Overview

HorizonWorks is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support active construction projects in collaboration with a major developer partner. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a full PM position while gaining hands-on exposure to project execution, coordination, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination
• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Assist with schedule updates and progress tracking
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and design teams
• Participate in site walks and field inspections
• Help identify and track quality issues and corrective actions
• Maintain organized project records and reporting

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction management or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Procore, ACC, or e-Builder is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to be in the field regularly
