 Overview Feinmann Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to support our production team in delivering high-end residential remodeling projects. This role partners closely with a Senior Project Manager, clients, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional client experience. If you enjoy problem-solving, coordinating details, and being part of a collaborative design-build environment, this position offers strong growth potential toward full Project Management. What You'll Do

Support project managers in overseeing residential remodeling projects from planning through completion. Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, logs, and documentation using project management software (e.g., Excel, SmartSheets, TEAMs). Coordinate daily tasks with site supervisors and trade partners to keep work progressing on schedule. Assist with inspections, permits, and ensuring code compliance. Provide professional, proactive communication with clients regarding updates, next steps, and expectations. Help maintain safe, clean, well-organized jobsites that reflect Feinmann's quality standards. Identify issues early and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.

What We're Looking For

5-7 years of construction, production coordination, or project management experience (residential remodeling preferred). Strong understanding of project sequencing, residential trades, and jobsite workflows. Experience with SmartSheets, Bluebeam, or similar construction software (training available). Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Ownership mindset - proactive, accountable, and strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites in the Greater Boston area.

Compensation & Benefits
