What You’ll Do
•Help bring projects to life from concept through construction
•Support grading, drainage, utility, and site design
•Coordinate with clients, agencies, and teammates
•Solve field + design challenges as they come up
•Keep projects moving, organized, and on schedule
•Grow your technical + leadership skills
What We’re Looking For
•BS in Civil Engineering
•EI required, PE (CO) preferred
•Land development + Civil 3D experience
•Strong communicator + problem solver
•Leadership potential with a collaborative, client-focused mindset
