Job Description
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior project managers.
- Support budget management by tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial plans.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and schedules.
- Address project challenges and troubleshoot issues to minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all project sites.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

The Successful Applicant
- Construction project management experience
- Experience working on retail, QSR, gas station, convenience store, or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes from start to finish
- Experience managing subcontractors and project documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, clients, and project stakeholders
- Proficient with construction software (Procore experience preferred)
