Assistant Project Manager

Description

• Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior project managers.
• Support budget management by tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial plans.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and schedules.
• Address project challenges and troubleshoot issues to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all project sites.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Profile

• Construction project management experience
• Experience working on retail, QSR, gas station, convenience store, or commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes from start to finish
• Experience managing subcontractors and project documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, clients, and project stakeholders
• Proficient with construction software (Procore experience preferred)
