The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of commercial and residential construction projects, working closely with senior project leadership throughout all phases of construction. This role is responsible for managing project documentation and assisting in coordinating project execution across multiple diversified projects.

Description
- Assist Project Managers in overseeing multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure timely processing and project continuity
- Utilize Procore
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project schedules and budgets
- Assist with contract administration, procurement, and project reporting
- Participate in job site meetings and support field coordination efforts as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate project files and ensure compliance with contract documents

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, with exposure to commercial and/or residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of Procore and project management systems
- Hands-on experience managing submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Proven ability to support Project Managers on diversified construction projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
