Description

The Assistant Project Manager | Commercial Interiors | DC Metro will:

• Assist in managing day-to-day project operations for a large-scale interior renovation project.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Track project progress and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with field teams, clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
• Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting.
• Utilize project management software to monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to successful project execution.
• Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project expectations are met.

Profile

The Assistant Project Manager | Commercial Interiors | DC Metro will have:

• 2-4 years of experience within commercial construction.
• Experience supporting commercial tenant fit-out or interior renovation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar project management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Open to candidates from general contractors or specialty trade contractors with relevant interior construction experience.
• Ability to work on-site in the Washington, DC area.

Job Offer

• Base salary: $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience
