Description
- Support Project Managers through all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
- Coordinate between office teams, field staff, and clients to help keep projects on schedule.
- Support site visits, project meetings, and reporting activities as needed.
- Utilize construction management software to track progress, documentation, and communication across projects.
Profile
- 1-3 years of experience with a general contractor, ideally within commercial construction.
- Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Comfortable working in a team-focused environment with long-term growth into a Project Manager role.
- Strong communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Self-perform experience is a plus but not required. Degree preferred, but not a requirement.
Job Offer
