Job TitleWork for a small growing general contractor in Boston!About Our ClientOffice location: Quincy, MA. Annual revenue: 105M booked in for the next year and half. Project locations: Greater Boston (north and southshore all over really) including Somerville, Brighton, Braintree, Quincy, Seaport, Back Bay, Everett. At PB, we are committed to advancing and innovating in construction management. Projects: Commercial & Residential- Multifamily, Schools, Retail, Restaurants, education centers, etc. New construction, Renos & Tenant Fit outs. Currently growing with a very strong pipeline through 2025. Healthy mix of renos and ground up projects.Job DescriptionAssist in planning and scheduling construction projects to meet deadlines. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during execution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and reports. Support the team in managing project budgets and controlling costs. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on site. Provide administrative and technical support to project managers as needed. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage project activities. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience with project management tools and software is preferred. Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.
