Assistant Project Manager - Commercial & Retail
Our client is a privately held construction management and general contracting firm with a strong presence across retail, hospitality, multifamily, and corporate interiors. Known for their high-quality delivery and long-standing client relationships, they continue to expand due to increased project demand, particularly within the luxury retail space.
Job Description
- Assist in managing luxury/high-end retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and logs using Procore
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment
- Assist in procurement and contract administration processes
- Track project costs and assist with financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Provide day-to-day support to Senior Project Managers and leadership

The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years of commercial construction experience
- Strong background in high-end or luxury retail projects (required)
- Familiarity with Procore, MS Office, and Sage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be commutable to Wilmington, MA
What's on Offer
- Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000
