Project Manager
Support the Project Manager in developing, updating, and tracking the overall project schedule. Assist with coordinating day-to-day tasks to help the team meet key milestones, including design coordination, procurement, construction activities, startup, commissioning, punch list, and closeout. Monitor construction site progress and help track schedule and budget performance, escalating potential issues to the Project Manager as needed. Assist in the coordination and administration of subcontractors, including tracking scopes, schedules, and performance during various project phases. Support the procurement process by helping prepare subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and related documentation. Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal team members, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely information flow. Provide administrative and technical support such as meeting notes, RFIs, submittal tracking, and document control.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering preferred. At least 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management with a relevant general contractor. Strong technical background and relevant experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence team members, partners, and customers. Data Center or large commercial project experience is preferred. Relevant experience with a general contractor required.
