With a strong pipeline of work across Brooklyn and the five boroughs, they are committed to delivering high-quality projects while investing in the growth and development of their employees.Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Project Manager - Construction - Brooklyn, you will be responsible for:Supporting Project Managers throughout all phases of project deliveryAssisting with budgeting, forecasting, and project cost trackingManaging RFIs, submittals, and change order logsCoordinating subcontractors, consultants, architects, and ownership teamsAssisting with procurement and contract administrationMaintaining project schedules and milestone updatesTracking project documentation and reporting requirementsParticipating in project meetings and preparing meeting minutesSupporting field teams and Superintendents with project coordinationAssisting with quality control and project closeout activitiesMonitoring project progress and helping resolve project issuesBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
