Description

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders and team members.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving project challenges and risks proactively.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space
  • A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
