We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the planning and execution of construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a Project Manager role.
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project management
Help manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Review plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Track project progress and assist with change orders
Attend project meetings and communicate with project stakeholders
Help maintain project documentation and ensure deadlines are met
Support the Project Manager with other project-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of construction experience with a general contractor or similar vertical construction organization
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role
