Job Description
Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and objectives. Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects. Identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records. Support the project manager with tasks and decision-making processes as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of construction experience in the general contracting space
- A strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
