Job Description
Assist in managing construction project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Support the Project Manager in overseeing on-site activities and resolving any issues that arise. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly. Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts. Ensure projects adhere to timelines and quality expectations.
