Position Summary: As the Assistant Construction Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing project schedules, budgets, documentation, and compliance requirements for federal government construction projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, procurement, and government agencies to ensure smooth and successful project execution from pre-construction through close-out.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, with a strong focus on government contracting
USA Citizen
Knowledge of federal contracting procedures (FAR, DFARS) and public works compliance
Familiarity with prevailing wage, certified payroll, and other reporting requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (but not required with equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 30 certification
