Job Details

The ideal candidate is looking to take the next step in their construction management career with a company known for its collaborative culture, project diversity, and long-term growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 1-5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Field Engineer, or similar role.
• Understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager-level position.
