adidas is building two consumer programs that put the brand closer to the cities it sells in: City Shop, the city-branded apparel you can only get in that market, and Made for You, in-store customization that lets a shopper walk out with something made for them. ThirdChannel is hiring the entry-level project manager who keeps both of them running.

This is a ThirdChannel role, embedded day to day with adidas' Consumer Programs team at their North America HQ in Portland. You will report functionally to adidas' Senior Manager, Consumer Programs while sitting administratively within ThirdChannel's Client Services organization.

The team is new - stood up in the last year to give these programs dedicated focus - so a good deal of the process is still being written. This is a build-it-with-us role rather than a follow-the-playbook one, and the work shifts as the programs grow.

What You'll Do

• Track both programs across every door, keeping milestones, open items and follow-ups moving.
• Coordinate vendors and agency partners across the supply chain, from sourcing through local decoration and delivery to stores.
• Place, allocate and track orders, and chase the details that keep product landing on time.
• Report on program KPIs - units customized, sell-through, consumer engagement - and help turn that into the next season's plan.
• Help build and maintain a retail calendar that ties both programs to key cultural moments and city-level trends.
• Coordinate across retail marketing, visual merchandising, merchandising, allocation and store operations.
• Prepare materials for seasonal planning meetings, program recaps and leadership updates.
• Support budget tracking, PO processing and vendor setup.

What We're Looking For

• One to three years in project management, retail marketing, merchandising or marketing analytics. Strong internship or early-career experience counts.
• A four-year degree in business, marketing, retail management or a related field.
• Genuinely organized, and able to carry several workstreams at once without being chased.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, and inquisitive - the kind of person who asks the question that changes where a project goes next.
• Working analytical skills, with the ability to read retail and marketing data. We will develop the depth.
• Strong written and verbal communication across a wide set of stakeholders, and across two organizations.
• Excel and PowerPoint. Smartsheet, Tableau or MicroStrategy a plus.
• Retail experience, or experience supporting retail teams, preferred.
• Able to work onsite at adidas' Portland HQ four days a week, with one flex day.
• Willing to travel up to 15% - typically a quarterly, in-market store visit. Occasional evening or weekend work may come up, generally flexed within the same week.
