Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of tenant fit‑out works for a hyperscale data centre project in Gainesville, VA
- Assist with day‑to‑day project management activities including scheduling, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and coordination
- Work closely with the Project Lead to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Help establish processes, standards, and best practices for the new data centre division
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and ownership
- Contribute strategic input as the data centre division grows and evolves

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management
- Exposure to commercial construction; data centre or mission‑critical experience is a plus
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Desire to take ownership and grow with a developing division
