The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will:

• Support the management and execution of a large-scale hyperscale data center tenant improvement project.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and document control.
• Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Interface with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams throughout all phases of construction.
• Help establish processes, best practices, and standards for the company's newly launched data center division.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives that will support future data center projects and expansion efforts.
• Gain exposure to executive leadership and ownership while contributing to high-profile projects.
• Support project reporting, cost tracking, change management, and overall project administration.

The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will have:

• 2+ years of construction project management, project engineering, or assistant project management experience.
• Experience working on commercial construction projects; data center experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation processes.
• Understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project coordination.
