Job Description
Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule. Support procurement and contract management processes. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports. Address and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites. Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Contribute to project documentation and close-out procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
Construction Management or Engineering degree
2-3 years of experience working on multifamily construction projects
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address challenges efficiently.
