Description

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Support subcontractor procurement, bidding, and contract administration
  • Track project budgets, costs, and change orders
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Work closely with field teams to monitor progress and ensure quality
  • Help maintain project timelines and resolve issues proactively
  • Support client and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle

Profile

For the Assistant Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor
  • Exposure to multifamily, mixed-use, or residential construction projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow within a tight-knit team
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
