With a growing backlog of work and a culture centered around mentorship, collaboration, and employee development, they are seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking to advance their construction management career.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of construction projects.Help coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.Review and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting functions.Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items.Coordinate project schedules and monitor key milestones to ensure timely completion.Assist with contract administration and procurement activities.Partner with field teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranty documentation, and final deliverables.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
