Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to support our commercial roofing operations. This role assists with estimating, project coordination, and communication between field teams, vendors, and management.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and strong with computers to grow within a leading commercial roofing company.
Responsibilities
Assist with preparing commercial roofing estimates and project proposals
Support Project Managers with project coordination and documentation
Track job progress, schedules, and materials
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain project files, reports, and documentation
Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries
Support field crews and leadership with project updates
Qualifications
Strong computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Construction or roofing experience preferred but not required
