Assistant Project Manager
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to coordinate day-to-day operations on a $200-300M government project spanning 12-14 buildings and over 1 million square feet. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position while contributing to a high-impact, sustainability-focused initiative.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing daily site operations
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Help ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to track progress
- Assist in managing client communications and expectations
- Contribute to problem-solving and issue resolution on-site
- Support procurement, logistics, and materials tracking

The successful applicant will have:
- 2-5 years of experience in construction or project coordination
- Exposure to federal, large-scale, or retrofit projects is a plus
- Familiarity with MEP systems and energy efficiency concepts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
- OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain certification
