Assistant Project Manager for Land Development

The Assistant Project Manager will assist in the feasibility of analyses, permitting with municipal agencies, manage bidder and contractor proposals, track budgets and update schedules.

Assist with site feasibility, reviewing site conditions, zoning codes, survey data and utility access.

Work with civil engineering, surveyors, general contractors and environmental agencies.

Track budgets and cost against actual costs as well as manage purchase orders.

Qualifications:

·         Must have 3 to 5 year’s experience in land development and 2 years of project management and infrastructure construction management experience.

·         Experience with Community Land Development

·         Knowledge and  ability to read, analyze and interpret architectural development and civil engineering plans.

·         Must be able to travel to site locations.

·         Detail oriented and organized.
