Assistant Project ManagerAs Assistant Project Manager, you will assist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of multiple luxury residential projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and homeowners. You will track project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. You will review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. You will prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate project documentation. You will assist with procurement and material tracking to support project schedules. You will help monitor project costs and support budget management. You will coordinate inspections, permits, and project closeout documentation. You will visit jobsites to monitor progress and assist with field coordination. They should have a strong interest in luxury residential construction. They should be highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. They should be tech-savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software is a plus. They should be able to read construction drawings and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.
