Assistant Project ManagerThis established construction management and general contracting firm employs more than 500 professionals across multiple offices throughout the Eastern United States. The company specializes in multifamily, student housing, life science, hospitality, office, and mixed-use developments, with projects typically ranging from $50M to more than $200M in value. The Assistant Project Manager will join a collaborative team environment where innovation, professional development, and long-term career growth are highly valued. The Assistant Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting project delivery from preconstruction through completion while working alongside experienced construction professionals on some of the region's most notable developments.Assist with the planning and execution of large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Support budgeting, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project administration.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and other project documentation.Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to keep projects on track.Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress to support successful project delivery.Help facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve day-to-day project challenges.Partner with project leadership to uphold quality, safety, and operational standards.Support procurement efforts, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination.Play a key role in delivering multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, and commercial projects valued at $60M+.Assist with project closeout and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.Gain exposure to all aspects of project management while working on high-profile developments ranging from $50M to $200M+.4+ years of experience working for a General Contractor.Experience supporting projects valued at $60M+.Background in multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, or similar commercial construction sectors.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.Experience coordinating subcontractors, project documentation, schedules, and budgets.Team-oriented professional seeking long-term career growth within a leading contractor.Base salary: $100,000 - $130,000Annual discretionary bonus100% employer-paid healthcare premiums for employees and familiesLow deductible medical plans401(k) with 50% company match up to 6%Flexible PTO (unlimited)7 paid holidaysOpportunity to work on large-scale projects ranging from $50M to $200M+
