Job TitleAssistant Project ManagerJob DescriptionAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare construction projects. Manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Support budget management by tracking costs and preparing financial reports. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee procurement processes, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Stable work history with solid tenure.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 105,000 annually. Vehicle Allowance: ~$600/month. Per Diem: $2,600 - $3,200/month. Bonus potential.
