Description

* Support Project Managers with daily project coordination
* Assist with schedules, documentation, and subcontractor communication
* Track budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting
* Help manage healthcare and amenity construction projects
* Coordinate with field teams to maintain project progress

Profile

* 1-5 years of construction project experience
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Proficient with construction documentation processes
* Positive attitude and strong culture fit

Job Offer

Salary: $80,000-$105,000 + bonus + benefits
* 80% employee healthcare coverage
* 401(k) and PTO package
* Every other Friday off
