Job Description

Support the PM in managing projects from bidding through closeout. Coordinate project documentation, permits, RFIs, change orders, and purchasing. Assist with estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Track project progress, budgets, costs, and deliverables. Support field crews, superintendents, and installers throughout projects. Build strong client relationships and communicate project updates. Participate in project meetings and pre-site planning calls. Provide after-hours support when needed and assist other departments as required.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of construction, project management, or related experience. Experience with retail construction, fixture installs, or rollout projects preferred. Ability to read blueprints and understand construction contracts preferred. Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset. Comfortable making decisions and providing direction to project staff.
