Description
- Support Project Managers through all phases of project delivery
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Participate in client and project team meetings
- Help deliver interior renovation and commercial construction projects on schedule and budget
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 3-5 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience as a PE, Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Desire to advance into a Project Manager role quickly
- Experience with interiors, renovations, or commercial construction projects
Job Offer
- Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 base salary
- Defined promotion path to Project Manager within approximately 12 months
- Annual bonus potential up to 15% plus project completion bonuses
