Description
* Support project execution on ground‑up multifamily builds
* Assist with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking
* Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
* Support closeout documentation and reporting requirements
* Travel to project sites as needed to support operations
Profile
* 1-5 years of construction experience
* Multifamily background strongly preferred
* Exposure to ground‑up wood‑frame and brick projects
* Experience with a reputable multifamily GC
* Flexible to travel occasionally to Port St. Lucie
Job Offer
* Salary up to $115,000 plus 10% annual bonus
* Monthly allowances: $500 car, $50 phone, $45 health stipend
