Assistant Project ManagerThe Assistant Project Manager will:Support project execution from preconstruction through project closeout.Manage assigned trade packages, including quantity takeoffs, bid package preparation, and buyout activities.Oversee assigned subcontractors, monitoring schedule, cost control, change management, and overall project performance.Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules.Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation.Maintain organized digital project records and construction documentation.Communicate regularly with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Assist with project logistics, procurement activities, and field coordination efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and project partners.Travel between jobsites throughout the DC Metro area to support project needs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
