Construction Project ManagerOur client is a highly respected, mid-sized construction manager specializing in life science, lab, and advanced commercial projects throughout Greater Boston. Known for a collaborative design/build approach and on-site project leadership, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, fast-track projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships. With a team of 50+ professionals they offer the agility of a smaller firm with the project sophistication of a larger builder.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of projectsSupport subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract administrationTrack project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingCoordinate with field teams to ensure alignment with project goalsParticipate in client meetings and maintain strong communication channelsAssist in cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reportingVisit active job sites across the Greater Boston area regularlyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
