Description

• Assist with the management of luxury residential and commercial construction projects
• Support project planning, budgeting, procurement, and documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules and help ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with field and office teams to gain broad project experience.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Construction should have:

• Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager experience on 1-2 completed projects
• Background in luxury residential or high-end commercial construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Stable career history with a growth-oriented mindset
• Field experience.
