Support execution of a $50M ground-up luxury residential project. Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation. Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors. Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones. Assist with onsite quality control, client communication, and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 2-5+ years of construction experience, preferably in high-end residential projects. Strong understanding of construction documents and project controls. Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
