Assistant Project ManagerOur client delivers high-quality construction solutions through a collaborative Design-Build GC/CM that emphasizes innovation, accountability, and exceptional client service. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of project delivery while building a long-term career with a growing and respected construction organization in New Jersey working alongside top Developer in the region like Brookfield, Link Logistics, etc. The Assistant Project Manager will support Project Managers in all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The APM will also flex into the field 1-2 days a week at projects across New Jersey, so the ideal candidate willJob DescriptionCollaborate with project managers to plan and execute construction projects effectively.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Assist in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective project execution.Review and analyze project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and specifications.Identify and address any potential project risks or issues proactively.Maintain proper documentation and records for all project activities.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
