Ramos CS, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is actively hiring a TDIP Assistant Project Manager (MEPF). The TDIP Assistant Project Manager (MEPF) reports to the assigned Senior Project Manager and is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and operational interfaces of mechanical, electrical,plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) and specialty systems design and construction activities within an assigned Terminal Development and Improvement Program (TDIP) project. TDIP is a major capital program focused on delivering projects that modernize LAX passenger terminals to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, safety, and system reliability across the airport.
The TDIP Assistant Project Manager (MEPF) manages the technical scope, cost, schedule, and performance of MEPF systems and building infrastructure throughout design and construction. This role ensures the development and implementation of design coordination, installation, and turnover plans, while proactively managing risks associated with MEPF system installation, startup,and operational impacts to existing facilities.
Compensation: $155,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
