Job Description
Support Project Managers in the execution of commercial interior renovation and ground-up projects. Assist with subcontractor coordination, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling. Track project progress and maintain communication between field and office teams. Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Develop the skills necessary to manage larger and more complex projects over time.

The Successful Applicant
1-3 years of construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager capacity. Local South Florida construction experience preferred. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required. Motivated, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and desire to advance into a Project Manager role.
What's on Offer
Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000. Annual bonus opportunity. Fuel card and company phone allowance. Medical benefits, 401(k), and PTO. Long-term career development and mentorship from an experienced leadership team.
