Their portfolio includes healthcare facilities, educational institutions, multifamily developments, Class A office spaces, religious facilities, restaurants, and industrial buildings.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers in the execution of commercial interior renovation and ground-up projects. Assist with subcontractor coordination, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling. Track project progress and maintain communication between field and office teams. Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Local South Florida construction experience preferred. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required. Motivated, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and desire to advance into a Project Manager role.What's on OfferBase Salary: $65,000 - $85,000. Annual bonus opportunity.
