Project Manager

Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project execution. Manage project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules and identify potential risks or delays. Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes. Assist with procurement and material tracking. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Support project closeout activities and warranty documentation. Help maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction. Experience supporting ground-up multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, or residential projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-focused approach. Desire to grow into a Project Manager role.
