The Assistant Project Manager will support construction projects primarily within the multifamily space focusing on ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role involves close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders in Newton to deliver successful outcomes.

Client Details

A family owned builder based right in Newton, MA and backed by a large developer out of NY. They are growing their team as there has been an increase in projects.

Description

  • Assist in planning and overseeing construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations on-site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Support the resolution of any project-related issues or delays.
  • Communicate progress and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the improvement of project processes and workflows.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
