Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily will:
- Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Help manage project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Assist with procurement, submittals, RFIs, and contract administration.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects ranging up to $50M in value.
- Work closely with leadership on large and complex projects throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Multifamily project experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction process, documentation, and project controls.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Desire to grow into a Project Manager role or continue developing as a senior-level APM.
- Comfortable working full-time in an office-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
