Assistant Project ManagerThe Residential Construction Assistant Project Manager will:Support Project Managers with the day-to-day management of residential construction projectsCoordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permitsAssist in maintaining project schedules and tracking milestonesBuild and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and consultantsAssist with contract administration and subcontractor managementHelp monitor project budgets, commitments, and cost reportingCoordinate material procurement and delivery schedulesParticipate in project meetings and distribute meeting minutes and action itemsTrack inspections, permit requirements, and compliance documentationSupport Quality Assurance and Quality Control efforts throughout constructionAssist with project closeout, punch list completion, and warranty documentationEnsure project files and construction software systems remain organized and up to dateMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
