Job Description
Supporting project managers with the day-to-day execution of multifamily construction projects. Reviewing plans, specifications, contracts, and project requirements. Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teams. Tracking project schedules and assisting with milestone management. Monitoring project costs, budgets, and change orders. Maintaining procurement, reporting, and project logs. Participating in project meetings and preparing meeting minutes. Assisting with quality control and project closeout activities. Supporting field operations and traveling to project sites as required. Ensuring compliance with company safety standards and project requirements.

The Successful Applicant
2-5+ years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, or assistant project management. Experience working on ground-up multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel to active project sites as needed. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and change order processes. Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
