As their portfolio continues to grow, they are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their Design-Build Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to develop their career while working alongside experienced project managers on large-scale industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution projects.

Responsibilities
\n
\n
Assist Project Managers with the successful execution of multiple ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
\n
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
\n
Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor progress.
\n
Participate in project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
\n
Assist with contract administration, change orders, pay applications, and cost tracking.
\n
Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
\n
Support quality control and ensure project documentation is maintained accurately.
\n
Monitor project milestones and proactively identify potential issues before they impact schedule or budget.
\n
Assist with project closeout, punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty items.
\n
Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and field teams.
\n

Qualifications
\n
\n
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
\n
1–4 years of experience with a general contractor, construction manager, or design-build firm.
\n
Experience supporting commercial, industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics projects preferred.
\n
Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management.
\n
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software.
\n
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to continue growing within project management.
